I’m a women’s self-discovery coach who is on a mission to help you release the stress and reconnect with your true self.

I struggled for years to feel whole. I was overwhelmed by life and completely disconnected from myself. I mean, if you asked me what my favorite things were - I couldn’t even tell you. I used to wake up dreading work each day and was completely exhausted. Not to mention, I had been living with depression since age 12, and had never really figured out how to mange it effectively. I was  unable to feel or understand my own emotions, and I was continuously trying to solve my problems from the outside in. I was always trying some new diet or supplement, hoping each time that this new thing would fix me.

Finally, after grinding for many years in a career that left me unfulfilled, while also not truly taking care of myself, I burned out. It was time for a change. Slowly, I figured out what self-care really means and started to discover who I truly am. This allowed me to start living in alignment with my true inner self and start to uncover my authenticity.

This is a 12-week one-on-one coaching package designed to help you discover your true, inner self, step into your personal power, and shape a beautiful life.

Using a science-backed, soul-led approach, we will work together to address misalignments of your mind, body, and spirit, tune in to your body and your emotions, tap into your intuition, uncover the true you, and find your joy.

  • Uncovering your authentic self takes so much longer when you try to do it alone. Believe me, I did it alone and sometimes I look back and feel sad for all the time I lost trying to DIY it. I was scrounging through blog posts and had one million saves Pins...but many of them remained just that - saved but not acted upon. Coaching saves you the trouble, and helps you take massive, radical action in the name of finally feeling like you have a meaningful purpose in life.

    This program consists of one hour of one-on-one video coaching each week for 12 weeks. There is also a workbook with activities designed to support your self-discovery and growth, which takes about 10-15 minutes per day. Your 12 bonus meditation audios are guided positive emotion visualizations designed to help you cultivate and grow positive emotion; these are each about 5 minutes long and are meant to be used as a daily practice.

    During the program, we'll also work together to help you find the time for your own self-care and growth - because if you're here on this page I believe the universe is giving you a sign to take some time for yourself.     If you know you have some events upcoming in the next three months that would make it hard for you to commit the time necessary (like weddings, big trips, 10-day silent meditation retreats, etc.), maybe look at your calendar and identify a block of time where you think you can manage it.     I am able to work with my clients on their coaching schedule as well, and can tweak the schedule a bit - but it best to stick to a 12-week schedule as much as possible.

  • Don't worry - this is truly a judgment -free space. We've all been through so much in life, and we're trained by society to hide it all of a daily basis. Just know that I'm a real person too, and I'm not perfect by any means. I definitely do not expect you to be perfect - and that's actually what this program is all about: being the real unique beautiful humans that we really are.

    As your coach, I encourage you to go deeper and share the good, the bad, and the ugly. The more open and honest you can be, the bigger and more meaningful the growth you will experience.

    Coaching is also confidential - I do not share your private information with anyone, ever.

  • While it's important in coaching for us to take a look at our traumas (big and little), we also do this gently. As your coach, I will never force you to delve into things you don't want to and if at any point you are feeling triggered, I am there to support you.

    That said, therapy with a licensed practitioner can be an excellent supplement to the coaching program. Therapy and coaching are two different things; a therapist is trained to help you solve problems of the past - and a coach is trained to help you recognize the effects of the past and move into a better future.

  • As your coach, I'm there each week to gently hold you accountable and help you achieve meaningful growth. That said, this is a willpower-free zone. Any lifestyle changes or goals you're working toward are yours alone, and I work with you to organically define them.

    I will never tell you what to do - because being told frankly doesn't work with human psychology. If the plan is not authentically your own, you cannot "willpower" your brain into complying. This is why it's so hard for people to "stick to" crash diets - because the plan wasn't created by and for themselves. As you coach, I'm there to offer supportive information and help you decide your own goals.

    Next, the psychology of working with another human is powerful - this is why announcing a big lifestyle change to your friends and family makes you more likely to see it through. As your coach, I'm there each week to see how you're doing on your chosen goals and to help tweak if things just aren't moving forward.

    We're all human and sometimes we don't hit the mark, but the idea is that your coach is there to help you hit the mark more weeks than not.
